How AI Is Redefining Managerial Roles

I picked this article because I have been wondering lately not only what AI can do but how it changes what it means to be a manager and manage. I like this article because I am a manager myself and never thought to use AI to help me become a better manager. I was shocked to read that this affects everyone not only engineers and scientists and if you are going to manage a team in the next decade to make sure you understand how AI is shaping daily responsibilities, especially as a manager. With articles like this, I worry about accountability in the future and what it will look like.
